How do you get the front off to change the bag

There is a picture of a bag on a silver lever. Pull it upwards and the front will come off to reveal the bag.

Does anyone have a problem with the vacuum cutting out on a long pile rug?Also,although i have pushed the handle on well,it keeps coming off!

I have a new machine (self adjust) and a very deep pile carpet but I have problem vacuum the carpet. However the very first time I used it on the carpet I thought it was going to stall as it took a second or two to self adjust.

Yes it's will vacumn the car . The narrow extension which comes with it is good for the hard to reach places.

does this pick up pet hair very well?

It does, the problem is the hair easily gets wrapped around the brush roll and even though you can remove it, it’s not very easy to cut hair as there’s no any grove, it’s all tightly wrapped.
