And they are really tasty. Before using them in a recipe I cooked 1/2 cup, seasoned them and ate them off crackers and cream cheese. They are fabulous. Just like itty bitty caviar. Cook them well and spice them up. As always the price was good, better than I expect and they came very quickly.
