Quality ABS with a Softer, More Flexible Feel
I’ve used several different ABS filaments over time, and while the Creality ABS for the K1 Max is a bit more expensive than other options, you definitely get what you pay for in terms of quality. One of the first things I noticed was that this ABS feels softer than other ABS filaments I’ve used. It’s also more flexible, making it easier to work with, especially for prints that require some durability without excessive brittleness. Despite this flexibility, it still maintains great strength, which is something I don’t always see in other ABS brands. The filament prints consistently and handles high-speed printing well. I had no clogging or warping issues, especially when printing in an enclosed setup. Layer adhesion was solid, and prints came out clean and smooth without excessive stringing. The only downside is the price—it’s on the higher end compared to other ABS filaments. However, if you’re looking for a more reliable and flexible ABS that delivers quality results, I’d say it’s worth it.Would definitely recommend for anyone printing with ABS, especially for projects where strength and a bit of flexibility are important!

Surprising in all the best ways
I've been 3D printing for over 5 years now and have been through all of the growing pains of the 3D printing world. I've tried out so many different brands of filament with all kinds of claims. So when I say this is high quality filament, it absolutely is.Two of my biggest concerns with filament these days are consistency, and adhesion. With how fast printers are able to move these days, it's typically the filament that's the limiting factor. With many different filaments I have to slow down the print speed in order to allow it to adhere to the plate as well as itself for layering. Creality seems to have cracked the code with their hyper pla line.Another few issues that typically occurs with faster printing is clogging or some dilution of color. I am routinely able to print at 375mm/s without any degradation in color or rigidity the print. My only complaint with the filament is that it comes ona cardboard spool. If you're utilizing a dry box with heat, it can potentially cause issue with the spool not wanting to spin, but figuring out what works for your setup seems to have addressed that concern for me.The price, it is an incredibly high quality filament that's easy to use, and a step above most others. I've added this to my top 5 filaments that I use on a regular basis due to its dependability of outcome.

My favorite filament
Some of my favorite filamentgood for the priceprints fastdurableThe only problem I have with it is that it sometimes strings, but I think that is because one of my slicer settings is wrong.

Best carbon fiber pla i have used!
Very easy to work with and the quality of the prints were great. Deep black and stuck to the build plate perfectly. The flow rate was perfect.Zoom in on my picture you can see what I'm taking about.I will definitely be buying again.

Don't expect it to work in AMS
The filament is fine. It's run of the mill PLA. I bought it again after a gap in time because I bought Bambu printers and filament.Needed a red pla to show up before Christmas and this did do that. Unfortunately, I was trying to do a multimaterial print with the Bambu and and it was an awful experience. I spent around 3 days printing a 12 hour print because of feeding problems. I ended up sleeping on the couch at my workshop on Christmas Eve and resetting the spool every time it failed just to get it to finish by morning.(For anyone that says dont wait, my son asked for something that doesn't exist on Dec 15 and the regular filament from Bambu was backordered and didn't show up until last week.)Still gave 5 stars because it is fine filament, just doesn't work in a filament changing system that is from another company.

2nd Batch was opened
While I have had a lot of luck with Creality PLA in the past, this is the first time I got a roll that was not vacuum sealed bag and came in a standard Amazon bag instead of a box. The roll itself appears to be in good condition, I have it in a Filament Dryer right now. Hopefully there is no water damage.

So many tangles and straight up knots…
I might be a fan of this filament if I could actually use it without spending hours of time I don’t have untangling and respooling all 4 rolls in the package — and no it’s not tangled from me letting go of the end. I could see it crossing over itself under the plastic, before even opening it. I received a small spool of this filament with one of my printers and thought it was pretty decent so I was looking forward in trying it in a quantity that wouldn’t leave my project half done. The tangled mess I received means I won’t be trying this filament anytime soon though.Come on, Creality… DO BETTER!!
