Miracle product!!
I have never written an Amazon review, and get deliveries multiple times a week. THIS product was worth writing the review for! I've had pain around my left shoulder blade for seven YEARS, have gone through months of PT multiple times a week for months on end, paid hundreds of dollars in chiropractic, and had more imaging tests than I can count. None of it helped, at least not completely and not long term. Finally in January of this year, I started doing self trigger point release which has helped tremendously. It's July, and the pain has decreased significantly, but I've been left with a few trigger points that are too small or too deep to tackle with a lacrosse ball, golf ball, or foam roller. In a matter of minutes, this little piece of heaven has helped to release some of those impossible muscle knots! I'm so glad I found this tool. I love that it's small enough to take along even on trips (airplanes are the worst for muscles)! Can't say enough great things about it!! And, as I told my husband, it's cheaper than a massage ;)

I go cross-eyed with pleasure
This little gadget was shared with me by my physical therapist. I used to be a ballet dancer. Now Iโm a therapist and I sit so much during the day that it creates pressure on my body, which adds to tension, and ultimately creates a lot of physical pain for me at the end of the day. Iโm easing back into movement and exercise after recovering from illness that lasted several years. This handy tool is my go-to for muscle and joint pain relief. My husband will use it on me which gives his hands a break from the demands of a massage. Honestly itโs nearly as good as the relief brought by another person massaging. If youโre able to get to a physical therapist or massage therapist then that is wonderful, but if youโre not able to, this tool is a huge help in managing soreness, and pain.

Works wonders
At first glance the size wasnโt very impressive. But after trying it out, it got deep in me and even left me sore! Very easy to use. Just lay down and ease it in.

No Instructions Available
I purchased the small pocket physio device to help with fascia movement after index trigger finger release. It's just the right size and positions itself where I need it. I would like to also use it for a sciatica issue I'm having and wanted to check-out the supposed free mobile app. The problem is that there is no app! The product details do state: "FREE MOBILE APP AVAILABLE โ To get the most out of this product, do check out our Lockeroom Training Room App for detailed instructions". Even the box it came in stated "Free Video Instruction App TRAINING ROOM". I was able to download the app from Google Play, but it will not let me setup an account...nothing happens. On the website every request I make to access it comes back NOT FOUND. I'm very disappointed that I can not obtain the proper instructions on how to use this device. Does anyone have any suggestions?

Perfect for trigger points in tight spots, like between ribs!
I've been suffering from extreme upper back/shoulder/trapezius pain, cramping, etc. for months. I have tons of trigger points. I've been using lacrosse type balls for myofascial release, and finally broke down and accepted some cortisone injections in a few of the worst spots. I continue to have other spots that were not treated, specifically some points that are in between my ribs. I found that the lacrosse ball simply couldn't reach them without bruising my ribs. Finding this tool has been a wonderful surprise. It is just firm enough to apply the proper amount of necessary pressure for trigger points and is able to get into the smallest little points without causing injury around the rest of the area. Works particularly well while soaking in a hot bath....which is the way some people find the most relief from trigger points. Anyone suffering from trigger point pain should have one of these as well as a pair of lacrosse type physical therapy balls.

Too small for the shoulder/mid scap.
This maybe useful in other parts like wrist or forearm. I've been using trigger point balls and stuff for years. This one in particular is too small for the mid scapular region. It does not reach deep into the paraspinal muscles if you are using it vertically against the wall. It may work while lying on your back but it takes time and patience to position.

Amazing.
This is what I didn't know I needed!! I have been suffering from severe muscle tightness/tension due to stress that seemed to exasperate after an appendectomy last year. I have been an avid gym goer/weight lifter for about 3 years. I have gradually become almost unable to lift weights do to my muscles feeling constantly fatigued. I have had lower back spasms, numb legs and constant tension headaches (anxiety). My mental health has suffered greatly due to not being able to move towards my fitness goals. This little tool makes me wanna cry!!! Lol it's painful when you find the spot it needs to be in, but that's how you know it's working.. I've used it on as many muscles as possible and I plan on buying the bigger size as well. I literally recieved the product yesterday and had a workout(no weights yet) almost free of pain. Seriously buy thisss!! I was ready to diagnose myself with fibromyalgia and today returning to a state of normalcy seems possible. To the creator of this little thing, I seriously love you. Thank you so very much!! โก

Yes way!!!
No way? Yes way!!! Bought this almost three years ago, love it! Looked it up to get others as a gift, and was shocked to see 'frequently returned item' and only 4.3 star for reviews. Surely buyers are not using this properly or reading the instructions which are here within the listing, accompanied with it in a beautiful and compact all color flyer (see pics from my review), as well as a website. Small but mighty! I use it for back, shoulders, neck. I put it on my grippy yoga mat (you can place it on the floor directly) and position myself onto it, where I need it to get in there and release. Dang those twisted up and tense areas hurt, and afterwards- ahhh relief! This can be applied to any part of the body, if you're interested and willing to read the available information and apply it! Last thing I wish to mention, I am frugal af, truth! And I think it's worth the $13 I bought it at 3 years ago, and the $16 I'm buying at now as a gift. So my suggestion is, pay attention, buy it, use it accordingly - let's raise the rating and lower the returns, and I betcha they'll be able to lower the price a bit. It's worth it. Pay attention to how it works and use it!!!

Hurt myself
I used it lying down. I must have touched a nerve because I had problem with my leg/walking for 2 days. A massage therapy session made me feel better but I still feel dull pain when walking. So buyer beware.

Worth trying
My physio recommended that I buy one of these for my foot, and I love it. Simple but does the trick at hitting the pressure points. Definitely worth trying

Great for feet & small spots.
Love this for massaging my clients feet lower back, & neck. Its great for getting into small spaces & has saved my thumbs over the last year of using it. I wish it wasn't discontinued in Canada because i'm sure i'll lose it eventually or maybe it will break down with repeated use with oil. We'll see.

Delivered in a couple of days to Brisbane, thanks :) I do work as a masseuse or cleaner. With physically demanding job I need to release all my tightened-up muscles at the end of the day. I like the Cool design and it gives greater pressure than using a golf ball or tennis ball.
