Foot stretch
I couldn’t figure out how to put the strap on my foot and pull. It is still confusing but after messing with it for a while it gets easier

Good for stretching calf
This is pretty great for stretching the calf muscles, and also a little on the hamstring.I like to do fast walks on the treadmill, and my calves get tight. This strap helps stretch that muscle effectively.I was hoping to also stretch the front part of the leg, to relieve the shin (tibia) area as well. So far that has been tricky, but this is worth it for the calf stretching alone.
