Average pre-workout.
This is an average pre-workout, fairly dosed. Does its job but I think there are better options out there. I did not like the flavor and it was a bit clumpy and hard to dissolve in water.

Clumpy and not very effective
Get very clumpy. Not sure if it's the container or what, but these is an anti-moisture pack inside but still lots of moisture gets inside. Even after shaking the container or a minute to "powderize the powder" moisture builds up after a few days (store in a dry cabinet). Overall it was not very effective. There are much better pre-workouts (e.g. Purepump).

This product mixes easily with water. It has a pleasant taste. It has a very good formulation of quality ingredients for a pre-workout powder.

Disappointing
Clumpy consistency with random coloring movement through the powder, which leads one to believe there is no QA with this company and over all disappointing, spend the money for better more reputable brands.

Horrible jitters..even with half of a scoop
All of the jitters and tingles minus the energy. I only used half a scoop and had the horrible jitters feeling all over.

Beware**
Bought this product a couple weeks ago and it's already starting to clump. Beware because it's a waste of money if it starts to clump!!!!
