I’ve been taking the Bioimmune Berberine Supplement + Ceylon Cinnamon for a few weeks, and I’m genuinely impressed. My energy feels more stable throughout the day, and I’ve noticed better digestion and fewer sugar cravings. The capsules are easy to swallow, and there’s no aftertaste or stomach discomfort. I have been taking this for 6 weeks and I am really pleased with the results so far. I started with one a day right before my biggest meal (dinner) to acclimate to it. Within a few days, I noticed a natural boost of energy. Just as if I got a proper night sleep. I also noticed less brain fog and it did help with bloating feeling. Also yes it does absolutely curb your appetite. I still get hungry at normal meal times, but I definitely feel more full sooner, so eat less, I did notice a couple times that I took it took soon before eating, it it did make me feel a little "floaty" like maybe it made my sugar a little too low, but I chalk it up to user error. So, just a word of caution to strictly follow that and take it right before a meal, or even during, so it works with your natural metabolism. Aside from that I have not noticed any side effects. At the month mark, I have started occasionally taking a second pill if I am having another large meal (lunch) in a day and it has worked well for me, but every body is different so listen to yours! I weighed myself when I started and at the 6 week mark and am down a total of 5lbs so far - I am doing some other light exercise as well.

I take a morning gut drink that has berberine in it. I wanted to add a higher dose as it has tons of benefits for your gut health, cholesterol levels, insulin resistance and blood sugar. It works similarly to metformin just not as strong. I love that this one additionally has Ceylon Cinnamon, which adds additional benefits for blood glucose, cholesterol levels and it’s an anti-inflammatory. So far, my hunger signals seem to be more stable and I feel way less tired after meals. I started with one 500 mg capsule and increased it over the week to the max dose of three. I am not diabetic, but I believe that our metabolic health is the foundation to good health.
