I’ve been using my HexClad pans for a few months now, and I can confidently say they live up to the hype. The hybrid stainless steel and nonstick surface is a game changer — you get the searing power of stainless with the easy cleanup of nonstick. Eggs slide right off, yet I can still get a perfect crust on steak or chicken. They heat evenly, feel incredibly durable, and look gorgeous hanging in my kitchen. I also love that they’re dishwasher safe and oven-safe up to 500°F. Cleanup is a breeze, and there’s no worry about scratching like with traditional nonstick pans. These pans are definitely an investment, but the quality is absolutely worth it. If you love cooking you will love this cookware. The best I've every used or owned. Cooking is a breeze, nothing sticks and food cooks evenly. Just went to an inductance cook top and it works perfect. Let the pan or pot heat and it spreads out evenly so the heat is distributed over the entire surface. Love it and built to last a life time.

I agree with all the positive reviews here. These pans aren't inexpensive but they are truly a pleasure to cook with. They really do heat up quicker than any other pans I've ever used and the heat is nice and even over the cooking surface. Cleanup is always a breeze and haven't had any issues with any of them as far as the non-stick properties degrading. I seasoned each of them before use and haven't had to redo it yet (using for several months now). When cooking sauces, gravy, pudding, etc. everything just runs down the side of the pot while stirring. Nice, well fitting lids. Hard to believe the hype about cookware, especially non-stick, but if they continue to hold up like they have for the last year or so they might actually be the last pans I have to buy. I've spent tons of money buying pans over the years from supposedly high quality brands and had to replace them again after just a year or two as the surface degrades. Still cook fine but not really non-stick anymore. These seem like they'll have much better longevity.

Best products out on the market. Easy to cook with and cleaning is a breeze. I know you are paying more money but it is worth it. I now starting buying my family and friends the different pots and pans for Christmas. I know it sounds cheesy but the love them.

Really happy with the set so far. Also purchased the pans from Costco. After years of buying lower quality pans, which normally are only good for a few years, we are very impressed with the performance so far. The pots and pans feel solid, and I am really impressed with the lids, too. Our gas cooktop's steel grates have beat up the bottoms of sets in the past, but the bottoms of the Hexclads are handling them well so far. Perhaps my only small complaint is that the handles and lids are too shiny to hide fingerprints or smudges even after they are washed. Reading through endless reviews about Hexclad and other high end brands, I've concluded the following: 1. For our cooking needs, which is versatility and family use, these were the best fit. Our goal was not to buy the last set in our lifetime or the absolute best in the world, but something that is non-stick, easy to use for our kids (i.e., not stainless), and lasts for more than a couple years. 2. A fair amount of negative reviews (and those with photos) were questionable. Lots of complaints about the non-stick with photos of dirty pans. I could not help but feel like directions were not followed, such as proper heating up, seasoning of pans (initial and oils during regular use) and just general care. We have cooked all sorts of things so far and have not had issues. 3. With a number of complaints about customer service from Hexclad directly, we decided to purchase ours from Costco and Amazon. I feel like quality issues with products are known pretty quickly, so I am confident we will be okay should anything arise in the short term, which we can go through Amazon or Costco. If you cannot replace an item 5-10 years down the road due to cost or whatever, you should not be playing in this price point in the first place. Again, this is for casual home use with a large family, where we did not want to get into stainless steel type cookware, which I'm sure is amazing - but not for a family with kids. We wanted something that was great quality and did not require any guesswork into the use and care. Good luck, and hope this opinion helps others.

These products are well made with clear domed and vented lids. Are truly non stick and uses lower heat.

I can’t say enough about how I absolutely love these pans. Nothing seems to stick to them and the idea of their lifetime warranty is very appealing to me. I bought other pieces to complete the whole set and it was worth every penny. I couldn’t be happier with performance and durability of them. I’ve used metal utensils as well as plastic and nylon and they don’t show any signs of wear. They look brand new every time I wash them.

Awesome, cooks great. Uses lower temp on my electric oven. Wife did not burn food. Easy clean up.
