How do I replace the brush head?

Pull the brush head straight off—no twisting or unscrewing required. Then press the new brush head firmly into place until it is securely attached.

Why does the scrubber stop working when I press down hard?

This is normal. The Q2 pro features overload protection that automatically stops the motor if excessive pressure is applied. Simply reattach the battery and restart the scrubber.

Why isn't the battery charging?

1.When the charger indicator is red, the battery is charging. When it turns green, the battery is fully charged. 2.Please note that the battery display does not light up while charging; it only monitors the battery status during use.

What is the best way to use the Q2 pro at high speed?

Due to its powerful high-speed motor, we recommend holding the handle firmly with both hands when using the highest speed setting. This helps maintain better balance and control during cleaning.
