Good sleeping pills
Puregen Labs Doxylamine Succinate 25mg has been effective at helping me fall asleep and stay asleep through the night. The tablets are easy to take, and I usually notice the effects within a reasonable amount of time. The only downside for me is that I occasionally wake up with a mild headache the next morning. It doesn't happen every time, but it's something I've noticed after using it. Despite that, the product does a good job of improving my sleep when I need it. Overall, it's a reliable sleep aid that works well, but be aware that some users may experience minor side effects such as morning headaches.

Works well, keeps me asleep for at least 5 hours and gets me to sleep within 20 minutes when I really need to sleep and I am struggling.

The great part is, no groggy hangover like with other sleep formulas.
I find tablet form isn't as reliable as liquid gels. It works. It's just, if your mind is racing from the days events, it takes awhile to kick in. Lasts through the night once you do fall asleep.

This really did help me fall asleep quickly. I didn’t feel like I was being knocked out, it was a very relaxed transition from awake to sleep. Definitely be ready for bed when you take one, though! If you need help falling asleep, these are great. I also don’t feel groggy or sedated in the morning — I usually have a 6-8hr sleep window. If you need help staying asleep, I would look elsewhere. I am still waking up multiple times throughout the night. I wish they had a “slow release” option.
