Not worth the money
Personally I don’t feel like they offer enough resistance not even the extra heavy. And I’m a beginner. Also too thin they literally just curl up and get twisted. I’d buy from a sports shop instead

Pretty good for the price
The bands are better than I expected!They feel a bit flimsy maybe, but they hold up without issue (so far).The bag on the other hand, started falling appart at the seams. But that's easily replaceable.It also included a guide with different exercises you can do with the bands, which is pretty good if you have no idea where to begin.
