My New Favorite Pourover
First, if you set the dripper on the counter and pull the cover down, it comes off easily for cleaning. I've washed it with the cover on and only a few drops of water gets inside. The steel itself is well made, nice and thick, Not flimsy. When I first started using it, I'd bloom the coffee, then stand and slowly pour the rest. Now I bloom the coffee for 60 seconds (not 30) like a 60s Chemex. They actually suggested 60 back then. Then I pour the rest of the water in and leave it. Coffee tastes great! I only hope, since this is made in China and by a Family owned business, they aren't hurt buy the Tariffs coming. This is a fun and wonderful coffee dripper.

Extremely efficient, sturdy and beautiful as well as extremely functional and durable
I rarely write reviews and try to do so when the product is excellent. This is truly one of the best of its kind. It is owned by a small business and it has many holes underneath for a more even flow of hot water and one can control speed much better than those with one hole at the bottom. The steel and brown are beautiful design wise and I use it instead of a coffee pot all the time. You can place this over just about any size cup or container , it won’t fall over, likely wont break if one drops it, and it’s fast to rinse or wash by hand in two seconds . Well worth the money and I’ve had many others over the years and none compare .

Makes a perfect cup
Works great. I love that it is stainless steel and the parts can be separated for easy clean up. The outer shell insulates well so it protects your hands. Sturdy and fits my mugs perfectly. Makes a tasty cup o' joe.

A very well thought out pour over coffee dripper
A really well made pour over coffee maker. Insulated design to make handling easier when pouring hot water. Easy to clean. Rubber gripping so it stays put on whatever you are pouring into. No contact of coffee/water with plastic parts. Easy to clean, easy to transport. Does the one thing its supposed to do, very very well. I am very happy with this purchase.

Very pleased
Very nice design. Good quality filter paper and funnel makes for a consistent drip rate. The outer shell is easily removed from the metal funnel to make cleaning easy. Fits just about any mouth on my favorite mugs (travel or otherwise).

Pretty decent pour over system
Preface this with, I am not a coffee snob. I can tell good coffee from cheap coffee, but I'm not a "I need this brewed at 187° for 165 seconds with 24g of coffee bean" kinda snob. That being said, I like this pour over system. It's straight forward, makes coffee comparable to the French press I was using, and it's a breeze to clean.Pro:Simple clean up. I usually just rinse it out afterwards and let it dry. Hit it with soap on occasions. Two part construction (I hold the black plastic and push on the drain with my thumb) once again makes clean up easy. Unless you submerge it, I don't really see why you'd need to take it apart often. No plastic touching the coffee! I was looking in to some other pour over systems and it seems most are glass or plastic. While glass is fine, I'm always leery of pouring near boiling water in plastic I'm going to eventually drink from. If you find a stainless system they're usually pretty expensive. This was cheap and I can easily toss it in a camping backpack without worrying about breakage.Cons:Not great for large cups. This makes about 8oz coffees. If that's what you drink, this is great. Fits on standard 8oz coffee mugs just fine. I usually like to drink 10-12oz out of novelty mugs. If your favorite mug is wider than about 4 inches, this won't work. If you want more than 8oz of coffee, it does take longer as you'll have to refresh the water while it's draining. Still quicker than my French press.Paper filters are nothing to write home about. It's a pro they include them, but they're pretty cheap and thick. I always rinse them before using them. They're not terrible enough to buy new filters before I use these, but they're not greatOverall, I'm digging this little system. Makes good enough coffee for me, and the clean up is excellent. Just wish it had a slightly bigger 12-16oz size

Fantastic Choice for Pour Over.
I wanted to try this because the part that gets hot is stainless steel. I do use #2 filters and that will have to do while I search for less toxic products. Why did you pick this product vs others?:Cost is why and stainless steel is why I chose this over others. It is easy to use and is perfect for my 14 oz cup in the morning. Love this and may gift it to others!!

FNALLY, FINALLY, FINALLY
Have wanted to find a replacement for my plastic drip coffee pour-over filter holder (dripper). I bought a ceramic one a few months ago. Waste of money. It is way too heavy, top heavy and the coffee dripped too fast making a weak cup. I am donating it to the local retail shop--maybe someone can use it as a planter. Wanted to find a stainless steel item but the only ones I could find were filterless. I do not want to deal with cleaning a filterless dripper every time I make a cup of coffee. Finally found this one. It is stainless steel and uses a number-2 filter. Perfect. And after a week using the dripper every day, it works great. The coffee drips slowly enough to impart a nice, robust cup! There are six holes in the stainless steel filter (three smaller and three a little larger) which allow an even and consistent drip when preparing a cup. There is a ribbed plastic sleeve surrounding the stainless steel filter so that the heat does not burn your fingers (great idea). This stainless steel dripper is easily removed from the sleeve for cleaning when necessary. It is also lightweight. And, bonus, it's a small company product.
