Perfect replacement for OEM
As a buyer of older network gear that usually comes without hardware.. the build quality on these is fantastic, not to mention they look great! Comes with all the hardware you need to mount and rack up and is quite honestly worth every penny in my book! Fit BOTH switches I bought these for. 10/10

They Work
A bit pricey for the quality. They’re quite thick, and I had a hard time getting them to fit in the rack properly. They work, but not the best design.

doesn't fit Cisco 3750v2
2/3 screws holes line up third doesnt. screws do not fit into the switch though.

Great ears/Screws too big
Great, universal ears that work. The screws themselves to attach the ears to my Catalyst 3750 will not screw in. Will have to order new screws.
