Do not hold
One clamp would not tighten at all, slipping each time. The other would hold somewhat but could build only light pressure.

Great for the price! Many of these of the same size are the same price for just the one. They are made very well. Time and abuse will give better answers as to how well they hold up. Thus far... Definitely recommend
