A co worker had the same procedure done a week before me and his recovery was much worse due to a loose jock strap. That's why I went with this one, it is tight! Almost too tight but it was a relieving feeling actually. I am a 33" waist and went with a large. It is very snug both around the waist and on the package but I'm glad I went with this size and this brand.

Better than box store. Good material and not that off white color I had in high school. I am 195 pounds 6 feet tall. I ordered 3X and it fits snug. The cloth is not abrasive, elastic is robust. The pocket will hold half your cylinder in the pouch keeping it above your spheres, which fit closely, no extra room, but good protection from movement. I use for riding bicycle to keep above the saddle. Much better experience. Like most clothing now, sizes run small, a larger man would be out of luck, but I made the fit just barely.

I ordered a Medium, but it is on the smaller side for a medium. Not complaining at all just pointing it out, I work odd jobs at night to say the least and I like that it is a bit smaller. Lifts my butt cheeks and shows off my package really well. BONUS!!!!

Order 2 sizes bigger than your size, also, the cup pocket needs to be larger as you can see in the pic. My real size is M, I ordered XL and it fits like a medium. They're well made but smaller than American sizes.

This is the third time purchasing one of these. The other 2 had the stitching at the bottom of the cup area need repair and that was easy enough and the supporter was comfortable but it was time for a new one. The one I bought this March is literally dissolving or shredding more each time I wash it. It is 2 layers so I tried sewing it together a bit, but now it is down to not much left. I wear it for hoops for 90 minutes 3 days a week, so it is not from overuse. I think this batch of fabric is just bad. Buyer beware.

This was head-and-shoulders superior to another brand of jockstrap I bought. It was way more comfortable, soft, snug, and held everything together great. Unfortunately, by the 4th time wearing it, it looked like the attached pictures, one of the seams coming apart and the elastic fraying away. I wanted to hold on as long as I could, using a safety pin, just because this truly was better than the generic thing I bought in sporting goods, but it's not enough any more.

Just got these today. I was a little hesitant to get them at first since there were no reviews about them, but it was too much of a good deal to pass up. I was looking for a jockstrap with a cup pocket in case I needed to put a protective cup in. These fit the bill perfectly. I'm a heavier guy and the XL fits me great. The wide waistband is nice and the leg loops don't dig in or anything. They're very comfortable and supportive without squishing my bits (I'm of average endowment). My bits are kept in place through all kinds of physical activity.Overall, I'm very satisfied with these jockstraps and I'm happy that I have two of them.
