I had 3 units of the older LA15 model from LAVNA, bought about 4 years ago. Those worked great but didn’t have the mobile app function for programming. When the new LA15 version came out with Bluetooth connectivity, mobile app control, and remote unlocking, I immediately decided to replace my old ones, and I’m glad I did! These locks are honestly the best option in the market for inside doors at this price range. They work flawlessly and look sleek and premium. The best part? If the battery runs out, you can simply connect a power bank (now USB-C port instead of Micro USB) from outside and use your fingerprint to unlock, super convenient and practical. Another great improvement is the new physical button that lets you switch to public mode with just one press, very handy and thoughtful! As a return customer, I can confidently say I trust LAVNA for their innovation, quality, and reliability. Highly recommended!

Go for company installation service...lock is nice and meets all requirement...self installation needs remote support from company else not possible ... product is working well after installation.. The only issue is there is a public switch behind the lock which when pressed, make the lock public(always open) mode. Every now and then small kids while walking out, press that button and make the lock public without even our knowledge...while you might be sleeping inside, thinking lock is closed, it might be actually open. surprisingly, the company has no solution to disable public mode. The button should not be so upfront and easy to click.

Excellent product , got installed with support of carpenter it was straightforward setup . Setup fingerprints using Lavana App, the app is user friendly , one improvement needed would be to give time based access to house helps, this is not supported in app only from - to period with year is supported however would need daily time based access control features as well , hope app update can take care of it .

Initially was apprehensive about the claims made by the company at such a reasonable price tag. Searched several products and all are having number lock and card system also and the price is double.... We don't need so many unlocking tools. This one is just about that and the quality is simply superb. Very sturdy and you need a professional carpenter to ensure proper installation. Ofcourse it costs you basing on where you live. I paid 750 rupees to install it. Even then the total price is very reasonable. Moreover, the customer support over what's app is too good and very supportive. Thank you Amazon and Lavna......
