What size wire will the l1 & l2 terminals accommodate, such as a #2 awg used on a 100 amp box?

I have power-60 amp 220v-to my garage-I want to keep track of Kwh--is this product what I need??

This meter has 50hz written on it. will it only work with 50hz power? will it be inaccurate with 60hz power?

Is the current rating 30 Amps or 100 Amps? What does 30(100) mean?
