Patience is key
You must soak the filter before using or it won’t work. I believe you must get the air bubbles out of it. Must be screwed on tight enough for no side leaks. There’s a lot of filtering going on here so it is a very slow drip as the filter gets older, gets a little bit faster, for the quality of water it’s worth it.

love it better than osmosis water which is acidic and have heart burn problems but not at all with clearly filtered!
