I was recently diagnosed with a autoimmune disorder. This is a great source of hydration. It’s taste better to me with spring water and ice! I really loved this flavor before my diagnosis in the energy- caffeinated product. But with my diagnosis I’ve had to limit my caffeine and increase my hydration and electrolytes. I would say this product can’t be a sole source of hydration, but I feel like it’s a great start! I like that it doesn’t take much for a 30-40 oz tumbler and the powder dissolves perfectly! So, it’s all around a very good bang for your buck!

this was my first gfuel flavor and its ok. very average flavor, it deff tastes like a zero sugar drink. UPDATE; after a while, the more i drank it the better it got. not amazing but i would buy again if its on sale again. better than the blu chug rug flavor by miles.

I drink the hydration formula everyday and I tend to favor lighter flavors for the work day. I tried this one because the anime flavors tend to be very good. I’ve got to say this one took me by surprise. The peach and grapefruit taste very good together, it does exactly what it needs to and i shockingly feel pretty good after drinking it. You only need one scoop in your average container to give it good flavor without it tasting watered down. Overall extremely satisfied with this flavor.

Have used this product for years. I like the product, but the amount of powder was barely half full. Will not order from them again...don't like feeling like I was cheated, as the product was more expensive this time around.

Was great for hydration and it tastes so good. I noticed if the powder content is more then water portion has a bitter taste to it so add more water or shake well. The scoop included is good quality and easy to add to a cup or shaker cup to u can mix well.

The product contains trace minerals specifically lead I suffer from a genetic condition makes it hard for me to cleanse lead from my body and was unaware that this product contained lead, i'm currently speaking with the seller in the hopes to get my money back. But I would not buy this product they've been sued for 118 million for not telling people there was lead in their product. As well as numerous other lawsuits.
