They are also slightly smaller and the post, which is also metal, isn't quite long enough. Thus not connecting, and not doing anything on the tablet. Don't waste your money or time. Samsung needs to design replacement nibs, or an aftermarket version that is the exact length and size needs to be produced. I say this because it was 12 days after purchasing this spen that the first nib broke. Thankfully 2 replacements are included in the packaging.
