I've been using these vitamins for several years now. It seems they have the same or almost the same ingredients are the big branded ones but are more competitively priced. As I take them every day and have remained fit, healthy they do seem to do their job. They are quite large pills but taken with coffee every morning they are easy to swallow and have no taste.

A good all rounder and well priced. Personally found the chalky exterior make them a little tricky to swallow.

I bought this product specifically as it didn't contain iron, I have high iron levels so cannot take supplements containing it, however upon receipt the contents list iron so I cannot take them.

Although these vitamins are largish they are easy to swallow and you only need one a day. They seem very good value for the amount you get for the price. Having taken them for over a couple of weeks I certainly have noticed an improvement in my energy levels. Of course this could just be the placebo effect, but hey if they seem to work then it’s money well spent! Only given 4 stars for this alone, will buy again!
