Moving wrong just didn't fit

I had mine tailor mmade. I gave the dimensions of my body for the tailoring. (I used a fabric measuring tape and gave them those dimensions. 1.5 weeks ago) the skirt is really tight. I really have to suck in to get it to zip up. The top, I think the top was not made correctly because the breast placement is almost up towards my colar bones and out to the sides- close to the armpit locations. And the dropping is just odd, it definitely doesn't drape like the image. And the detail on the hood falls to the side not downward. Since I need this for Halloween, I'm most likely going to have to take it to a tailor to modify correctly. The material is nice and is great quality. The modifications I don't think are to complicated. Just unfortunate that I paid as much as I did and I still have to modify to make it work.
