good value, perfect as an exercise ball

This Pilates ball is great quality and exactly what I needed. It’s the perfect size and firmness for both regular Pilates and pelvic floor exercises. My physio recommended these, and I can see why. It provides just the right amount of support and resistance. It feels durable and holds its shape well. Really happy with it.

The ball comes well wrapped and with the appropriate info for you to inflate the ball, the only problem I had was , trying to remove the plastic straw you use to inflate the ball and insert the cap to keep the the ball inflated. If you’re not quick enough doing this the ball quickly deflates. Overall the ball is good quality and value the money.
