Slipped off on its own. FLOODED OUR WAREHOUSE.
Item popped off on it's own flooding our warehouse. Twists on and off with a simple 1/4" turn. It does not "lock" securely in place or has any secure way of assuring it cannot happen again. Pressure only at 55psi. Item was fully twisted into place. After several days of use, came undone on its own and flooded. Design is faulty and horrible for us. Contacted manufacturer who insists we do not know how how to twist it on and skirted around the issue. Told us to contact VMExpress the seller. VMExpress on Amazon kept redirecting back to manuf. Nothing was accomplished.
