The sections went together fine and the bracket slides easily over the connections. It is been very easy to mount and remove the level as needed. It seems more than sturdy enough to support the level. The case had plenty of room for this kit and I was able to include the tripod that came with the level. So far for me this has been a great addition. I plan to use it for plenty of other projects. Right now I am building a 1933 Ford 3 window coupe and this will help find centerline of entire car.
