Super quality; 10-pack is pricey, but assures it will remain fresh.
The quality of the Société Roquefort is second to none. Some people prefer the Papillon brand of Roquefort, which I find to be overly soft. If you want perfection in texture, and taste, this is the brand. One quibble: the 10-pack of 3.3 ounces per package assures that the cheese will remain fresh through the last of them, but the price is a bit outrageous. I think next time I'll take my chances on the half-moon again, so as to save a bit of $$$.

Perfectly packaged - to keep cold. Kudos!
I got a recipe off All Recipes.com to make Roquefort salad dressing. While it is not a favorite of mine, there is a beneficial protein in that particular cheese that prevents C. Pneumonia replication. So I will learn to like it!
