This is the coolest gift ever. I have bought 4 now. These are especially great for parents and grandparents. Set up is extremely easy. You can invite others in your family to upload pictures to the frame so that you have tons of pictures. We’ve put over 1000 pictures on the frame and we are no where close to running out of space. As long as the frame is on and has WiFi, you can continue to upload pictures to the frame no matter where it’s at. It notifies the person receiving the photos so my mom is always calling me and thanking me for the new pictures. The pictures are very clear and the pictures only take a moment to upload. Cheaper than most similar frames but has the same capability and quality. You can also set a timer for to turn the frame on and off. The only regret you’ll have giving this as a gift is not keeping it for yourself!

I love this picture frame. It is a great size to fit with my other picture frames. The display is wonderful. It is so easy to use and share pictures. I haven't had any issues with connecting to wifi. So much fun to see all of the pictures that have been added!

Great Frame and so nice to share pictures with friends and family, Everyone is our Family has one so we are able to send Pictures to each other. You just have to get the "Frameo App" that goes with the frame send the code and you can share pictures. the quality is so good, Great Storage, Very User friendly. You will not be disappointed.

Set up is extremely easy and just takes a few minutes. Once you get your pictures uploaded the picture quality is good. I also love that you can upload videos as well.I love to give this as a Christmas gift! You can easily preload pictures so it adds more to the gift!

Our last two kids have shipped off to college, leaving us as empty nesters. I bought this for my wife for Christmas, and when I explained the kids could upload photos to the frame anytime they wanted from anywhere, she cried! The gift was a hit!The screen is clear and bright. I like the auto turn-on/turn-off feature so we can set the times the frame wakes up and goes to sleep automatically. Sending photos to the frame is quick and super easy from the app - no subscription required! I like that it also has a little built-in weather app for local outside temperature and weather conditions too. It's not super accurate, but close enough.This is a great little frame and an excellent gift for those with family spread out all over the place to share their memories.

I have purchased 4 of these frames, and now I believe I made the wrong choice. I'm not totally sure if it's a software of hardware problem, but my frame is now a paperweight due to "critical error 1002". I first got this message after a power outtage not long after buying the frame. Apparently, if the frame is turned off in any other way than using the power button, you will likely get this error and the frame will not boot up. Last time this happened to me, I just kept restarting it and eventually it booted, but videos no longer played correctly, and about half of the thumbnails no longer showed in the gallery view. I could live with this. Most recently, I was unable to send photos to the frame as it showed as "offline". I finally used the "reboot" function, and once again, I got the red screen with error 1002. After many attempts to restart, I finally bought a 32gb micro SD to back up the frame, and do a complete reset. However, the micro SD fails to mount, and will not back up anything, let alone, reset the frame. And yes, the SD is properly formatted. I have also tried to reboot from the recovery menu by holding down the rear reset button. Once in this menu, I should be able to try some other options, but of course this won't work properly either because nothing does with this frame. You are supposed to be able to cycle through the options by pushing any button, and holding down any button to select. However, both pressing and holding down the one button on the frame both select. Basically, I'm unable to fix these problems with all solutions offered by frameo, or many too many searches on forums. It seems to be mostly a hardware issue given many parts of the frame dont seems to work, like SD card slot and power button function. But frankly, Frameo seems to be a very unstable application/OS if it can't handle the power going out. I should note this issue has happened with my other frame, but I was able to get that one back up and running and is so far okay... for now.

Bought this for my parents so we can send photos to them. This is very quick and easy to setup and with a code, anyone can send photos to it! When you send photos, you get to select the most important part of the photo so even if the picture doesn’t fit perfectly in the frame, the important part you select will be centered.I did find that pictures work best if the frame is set up vertically, but it can also be set up horizontally. I just noticed that more of the picture gets cut off when it’s horizontal, even photos that were taken that way and should fit well.I also wish that I could see in the app what pictures I sent to the frame. You can sign up for the subscription to see what pictures have all been put on the frame, but without the subscription, you can’t even see which pictures you sent to the frame which I think is a little silly.Overall, though - this was the perfect gift and well worth the money!
