This is truly a miracle powder, it works very fast with no side effects, easy to mix in water or juice, leaving no gritty texture, colour, just a slight sweet taste. I follow dosage amount and within two days of use, it hits in an effectively good way. So glad I found it on Amazon, and already bought a bigger size for backup. This is a good value for price. It's natural and helps me feel at ease that I have it around in case I get another UTI. Keep it around and us it every now and again to make sure my bladder is clean. No real scent. I think it's effective in a cumulative way and an acute way. If you just use it once in a while in coffee, it helps lightly sweeten it and also helps it to vlean your bladder. If you use it, it can effectively remove E Coli in case of a UTI. Just D-mannose. No other ingredients!

Great product! Tasteless- You can add it to any liquid, and not taste anything. Nor is it thick! And it has its own tiny scoop in the container. The minute amount recommended, doesn't change your drink at all! And it works! 1 scoop a day is all one needs. This container will last me quite a long time. I was purchasing D-Mannose every month at $30 each. This D-Mannose does the same for me, with no contraindications; and will last me months! A great savings! I will definitely purchase again.

This is an absolutely amazing product. My homeopath recommended this for an elderly family member who was getting one UTI after another. Since she began taking D Mannose, she no longer gets UTIs and no longer needs to take antibiotics. Thank you!

I used to get UTIs a couple of times a year very bad ones. They would land me in the hospital very sick. Someone recommended this product to me and I started to take it within the second day. I felt better mentally even. This is a wonderful product. I faithfully take it every day. It’s a miracle product I would recommend it to everyone. And everyone should pass it on because it’s only by word-of-mouth that I found it It’s a lifesaver

This not only arrived on time in the manner represented but also effectively dealt with a very very stubborn UTI that has plagued me since January when I had to go on antibiotics…. and as am very sensitive to them in a BAD way it was most relieving not to have to repeat the process! These, combined with the unsweetened organic cranberry juice ended the reign of terror! Literally 2 servings and one day later it was better than the 5 days of antibiotics I had to take in Jan. I hadn’t taken antibiotics in over 26yrs because of the side effects but was told that because my kidneys were now affected it would be « dire » of I did not…. This D-Mannose is a wonder!!! I shall stay on one dose a day for the foreseeable future!

I have an Urostomy and I frequently got urine infections but using this product I have not had a problem from infections at all .I would totally recommend this product as it is hard to get rid of an infection without using an antibiotic if you have an urostomy. I will definitely order more

I am so happy to have found this product! It works like a charm. Just follow the instructions and symptoms of UTI resolve in 2-3 days. Tastes just fine, slightly sweet taste. It is a hidden gem! Well worth the price.
