My hair is dyed, only the roots, but even with no hair dye, I live in an area with horrible dryness in the winter and humidity for the rest of the year. I don't blow dry, or do anything else to my hair, as I have experiences from the past that none of those heat protectors would work for long, and any regular treatment end up in sudden shortening of my dry and damaged hair. So I prefer to wash and nourish my hair and tie it up overnight so it curls up on it's own and I get shiny healthy curls. But with some shampoos I thought I don't have enough hair, it would look messy and thin no matter what. Of course I would not try to fix it with the flat iron or curlers if it already looks bad, so I would just make a bun or piggy tails.This shampoo and hair conditioner are such game changers. My hair looks so thick, moisturized and nice. As it should be lol. The spray though, I would only use in the cold dry days, as in humid conditions it makes the hair a bit messy.I love these products, it's something I was looking for for years! I was using John Frieda purple hair spray and a hair serum for years, but I never saw this line in the retail store. I'm already on my 4th or so order, and it still works great.Shampoo and conditioner are very thick and strong so it doesn't take much for a hair wash and treatment. Shampoo gets very foamy and my hair literally feels and looks great! NO HEATING TOOLS whatsoever.

I’ve tried many, many hair products. By far this is the best one yet. Gives my hair body makes it look thicker. The filler is a must have. Great product.

I purchased this product hoping for a long term impact but it really does make a difference after just one use. Hair appears thicker and more full.

I like how the spray comes out of the spray nozzle instead of just a straight shot like some nozzles do. I also like the light scent. I've just entered my '60s years and I have flyway baby fine hair, but a lot of hair and this does not weigh down my hair but it does look a lot fuller and controlled! This is definitely my number one go-to from now on after many years of trying so many labeled products that never did work for me.

I cannot stand the smell of this product

After fighting COVID hair loss and age related thinning, I gave this a try. It delivers on making hair look and feel thicker. The scent is just okay, but it's not terribly strong, so it didn't bother me. However, if you have dry or damaged hair, be careful. This will exacerbate that problem. I tried to use this then skipped the thickening spray and used a smoothing product. It could not compete. I look like Phyllis Diller on the first really humid day here on the east coast. Be warned. You will get thick, but if your hair is dry or damaged, it will feel like straw.

I have EXTREMELY thin, fine hair that has just gotten worse with age. Over the years I have tried so many different products that did nothing to help. I eventually found one designed for thin hair that actually worked and have been using it for years (shampoo, conditioner, and mousse). But it is very expensive so when I saw the John Frieda items, I decided to give them a try. Did a miracle happen? Wish I could say yes-- BUT I have to say it works as well as the other product I was using for 1/2 the price! At this stage in my life, I certainly do not expect a product to give me a thick, gorgeous head of hair-- but as long as it does not leave my hair looking flat and dull I am happy. I have only used it 2 times so far, so if I do see a MAJOR change (one way or the other), I will be sure to update my review. Right now I am just happy to be saving so much money.
