Nice piece of equipment!!!!

This cajon is incredibly awesome. each side has it's own type of sound, and you can even mix them up by playing two surfaces together. I am a guitaristand don't know how to play the drums. If you can keep a basic beat and keep time you will sound great on this.

One of the corners on the top of the box was bent or pulled from the corner slightly also no bag or foot pedel. I thought it came with those items.

This cajon purchase turned out to be a mistake. I was attracted by having several different playing surfaces on one cajon. But there are a few major problems that get in the way of this cajon being good for anything but low-end practice. First, the sound on the snare side is just really bad. There is very little differentiation between the bass and the snare tone, and the snares are very sizzly; the snare does not "crack." At all. Second, while the bongo side looks interesting, the big problem is that the wooden surfaces that make u the bongos are indented, meaning that they are really hard to make contact with because the actual cajon wood prevents an easy strike. And to be honest, the bongos sound really clunky and they have no projection; very soft. Lastly, while the djembe head is interesting, the problem is that when you hit either the snare or the non-snare playing surface, the vibration rattles the djembe head, leading to very unwanted overtones that further muddy an already muddy sound. This cajon idea was really interesting, and I really wanted it to work out. But these problems add up to a cajon I will likely never use again.

Premium quality, sounds amazing. Has both peruvian cajon and spanish cajon that you can change as desired. Love the darbuka and bongos are cool. Looks like it is handmade and well made. Im giving 4 stars instead of 5 because the darbuka side should have been next to the cajon instead of behind of it. Making it more difficult and uncomfortable to switch between them in mid play. Uploaded a vid of my bf changing from cajon to darbuka. The plain side should be the one behind the cajon instead. Overall its really good. I also like how you can tune the darbuka. This is def a premium cajon, 4 instruments in 1. Catches everyone’s attention. A bit small to our taste but def portable. Clapbox, read my suggestion and put the darbuka next to the cajon for future models!

I saw good and bad reviews so I was cautious when I received the clap box but for the money I have no complaints. The snares on the Cajon work well The Bongo side surprisingly has two different tones and the Djembe is pretty nice considering you're getting three instruments in one for the most part. I have tuned the jembe up and down and it actually does tune and I actually use this for some acoustic recordings in a project I'm involved with and so far so good. I inspected the inside as well as possible and it's obviously not a $500 custom-made Cajon but I do not have any complaints. I would buy it again

The worst cajon i have seen my life. No quality wood used, got good for nothing features like all side instrument. But the main cajon bass and snare is pathetic, the snare knob keeps slipping all the time. Don’t waste money. Even the Clapbox team doesn’t care the feedback, send multiple mails.

Firstly great instrument for someone who wants to own a many in one instrument. I was initially sceptical of this instrument only because it is a multi percussion instrument and was not sure of sound quality. Few days of pracitice and quickly realised the sound is amazing and there was no compromise on Cajon part. I did have a problem with the know being slipping loose when playing, however one quick call to support has resolved the issue. Recommend for both serious amateur and pro players.

Versatile product as defines 1. Cajon is not wow quality (high expectations since it has adjustable knob and I already have Clap box cajon which is far more better) 2. Bongo sound is OK 3. Please don't write Congo sound for free tension cajon 4. Djembe is something new and good.. specially the new playing position offers more variation then playing regular djembe.
