SLAPPA will repair or replace at no charge, any product that is damaged due to manufacturers defect. In order to qualify for this warranty the customer must register their product at SLAPPA.com within 30 days of the purchase date of the product. Original sales receipt issued by the original "authorized SLAPPA reseller" must be provided for valid warranty. If you do not have an original sales receipt OR if you did not purchase your SLAPPA product from an authorized reseller, your warranty will be void. Any damage resulting from customer neglect or use outside of the stated general purpose for SLAPPA products will void the 360-day warranty.
