Excellent quality and quick drying
These are expensive but WELL worth it. They’re going to last me a long time and my guineas seem comfortable and happy. They especially love the little hidey pocket. I was a bit concerned after reading reviews that they’d take a long time to dry. The washing instructions include time in a dryer which I don’t own. I thought this would result in the liners taking EVEN longer to dry. I air dry them inside and they never take more than 24 hours to fully dry.

I tried to send this item back as it was too small for my cage, it was a nightmare trying to do this, I couldn't send through the post office so I decided just to keep it. I am now so happy I did. The guinea pigs love it. They squeaked with delight and kicked out there wee legs. So soft and makes cleaning the cage out so easy. Brilliant product. Will be ordering more so when one is in the wash i have one to change.

Guinea Bedding
Decided to try fleece heard and seen reviews of this make of fleece. As Sawdust irrates one of my guinea pigs and I've noticed his paws get dried out with sawdust. The box it Comes In can be used as a hidy. I like that the packaging can be recyled. My guinea seems content with the new bedding. He loves the going in and out of the pocket. So far I'm impressed how absorbent it is. It has instructions how to wash the liners and also on their website, and guineadad also have a YouTube channel on how to clean them. I have one happy piggy.

Good product just a nightmare to clean
While these mats are brilliant, if you follow the instructions as we did they take three days to clean and dry properly, it's the drying of them that's the biggest issue so we now have to buy another full set cost another £120. Not cheap but the actual product is good. Just take to long to clean.

Better In Theory Than Practice
After having sawdust constantly on the carpet and the minor inconvenience of having to bag the sawdust up every other day for cleaning I thought this seemed a good idea. When new- the bedding is excellent. It fits nicely, soft and comfortable and avoids sawdust causing a mess. It is not cheap and at about £70 it needs to be top quality and totally effective. This is the reason for my rating being three stars really. You would have to change and wash the blanket every 3 days maximum to keep it from beginning to smell bad. It then has so much hair and dirt on it that the washing machine has a job on its hands. So to use this effectively you’ll need two blankets and to be washing them every other day. I don’t mind that and it isn’t the quality of the product that is the issue really- it’s the impracticality of it and the fact that for all that money you don’t save much time. In actual fact as GPs tend to go under the blanket I have found myself spending more time cleaning their cage than I did previously. So in summary the quality is decent but as a product it doesn’t really deliver the benefit you might be hoping for. A lot of reviews on Amazon are people who have just received their blanket and I would agree that it is great at first, but over time the issues will emerge. They last about 3/4 months before they are discoloured and need replacing which again given the cost makes it a less obviously good purchase than I originally imagined it would be.

Fantastic
I absolutely love these liners. Before purchasing these, I was using sawdust in my indoor cage. I was cleaning this out once a day. This was very time consuming for me. I was also becoming more and more aware of the odour from the Guinea Pig urine in the sawdust. I wanted a safer and easier option. GuineaDad liner is exactly that. It fits my cage so nicely. Its great for the Guineas little feet and they seem so comfortable when laying around. It is much safer, for my family and for the Guineas. No odour. And, as I was doing a full cage clean daily before, this has saved me a lot of time. I use pee pads in the dark areas and kitchen areas, therefore the cage liner stays very clean and urine free. This means that I am able to spot clean and dry the pee pads daily and do a full wash and liner changeover once weekly. I love these liners and my Guineas love the burrowing pocket. They spend a lot of time inside that and seem very happy.

Best product on the market
Changed bedding from wood chips after our little guinea Ian developed a little ulcer on his heel. Best decision we made because guineas are known to sit where they pee and this is so absorbent, it puts our minds at rest. I don’t have to worry as much about him now. I have bought 3 of these which are alternated every couple of days. You could get away with another day or so but any longer and I think that’s too long to leave a change of bedding.

Worth every single penny
I am so pleased with the two guinea dad fleece liners. We bought the largest size and also one of the smaller sizes to cover the floor of our hutch and we've had them in place for six or more months - washing them in the machine every two weeks, which is easy and completely effective. The fleece is so absorbent that our guinea pig has never emerged at all wet from the hutch, there is no smell at all, and our piggy LOVES the pocket. I don't get excited about products very often but given the relatively high price I have to say this is one of the best purchases I've ever made. Owning a piggy is WAY easier than I thought it would be. GuineaDad needs to win an award of some kind if they haven't already.

These fleeces have been such a good investment. With our first (smaller) cage, we used a Guinea Dad 2x3 C&C liner and never really noticed a smell. Later, after expanding the cage, we used cut up moving blankets to cover the areas not covered by our old fleeces. Big mistake. After a month or so, we noticed the room just smelled like a barn all the time. I didn't appreciate how much better these fleeces are at absorbing smells and getting cleaned well until I tried using something else! In light of that, we rearranged the cage so that we could use a larger liner exclusively and are very happy. These fleeces are a great deal. They massively outperform any other form of absorbant material (ie Uhaul pads), they are easy to clean and pretty durable, they have a pocket that the pigs love to hang out in, and they cost about the same amount as the raw materials required to make your own fleeces.

I was nervous to buy these for my Bunny as she chews everything and this product isn’t cheap. Within the first 30 minutes she did chew a small hole but has left it alone since. I have had them for a couple of months now and I can tell you I love this product. -spectacular quality! -A bit bigger than expected which is wonderful. -fast easy clean up. -Washes extremely well! ( note she does have a litter box so this product is used only for occasional accidents. I recommend getting a second set because you have to hang to dry so it doesn’t shrink. I wash in cold water with all natural laundry detergent) Thoroughly impressed definitely worth every penny. Glad I bought a couple. Highly recommend!

I had a typical ramp with the stock carpet cover on it for a long time. I notice that the pigs tend to slide down - which I assume can't feel good. I slipped these on the two ramps; the pigs love them! The walk on them much smoother. The only point of note is that the fleece and waterproof layer move around alot and they tend to separate and roll around. After they have been washed, the two layers seem to roll with minimal pressure. Otherwise, my pigs are very happy with these!
