WAYK Energy & Alertness (10 Mint Flavoured Tablets) - Improves Mental Function, Increases Alertness & Reduces Tiredness

I suffer from ME, these are a very effective natural way of being getting an energy boost & for me managing to function at least part of the day. No side effects & better than anything the Dr's have given me. The Mint ones takes great, the orange ones don't taste good but work just as well. Don't take after about 2 pm or you will be up all night. A much better way for a pick up than Pepsi or galleons of coffee.

Saw other reviews saying the orange tablets don't taste good. Well I think that's quite subjective, as I take this regularly and they taste perfectly fine to me (remind me of the chewy orange vitamins I used to take as a kid!). They also work very well and keep you alert and fresh, using just the natural form of caffeine, plus vitamins (C and B, and also Magnesium and Zinc, which are good for gym goers apparently). So personally I'd definitely recommend these. The drink Brain Fud is also a healthier way of getting a natural caffeine boost and also tastes good - we get them in our staff vending machines - much better than a red bull or pro plus!
