They require two people to assemble it , I did it on my own , all the parts and bolts came in two 90 plus pound boxes , it arrived exactly on the due date, the last box. Take your time , do one step at a time and look at a pic of the machine and the online instructions ,when the instructions get confusing . I did my first workout with it , it’s really smooth , it’s easy to adjust the height even when I had 150 lbs on it . Got a fantastic pump , it enhanced my workout and my home gym . I leveled it and bolted it to the floor , it’s stable when you level it . It’s easy to adjust , and easy to use if you put it together correctly . I used Vaseline to lube all the pulleys , and the height adjustment , try to keep your tools and fingers from getting slick , it will make assembly much easier .

Got this for $399 while it was on sale. Makes this deal a steal. Love the machine. Only negatives were the instructions and assembly. Even with the video it was a pain in the ass. It also arrived with a few scuffs and scratches on one of the wheels which was kinda annoying. But other than that this thing is awesome. Can easily work both chest and shoulders with a switch of a pin. Totally recommend

Shipping: Was a pain. Missing pieces, took multiple shipments. However, I can't split rating up and I don't want to take away from the actual machine, which is great. It's smooth (I did switch to aluminum pulleys from Temu, not necessary though). Rear delt flyes, chest flyes, and lat raises are are very comfortable. I don't see any need to have a dedicated pec deck anymore. If I were to do it again, I'd still buy it. For the price, it won't get much better. More than sufficient for a home gym. Cons: - Wish the handle was one piece, but you can tighten it a bit if needed, but it will still move/need some head room to actually adjust the dial - Sharp edge when adjusting up for flyes, I'll be putting some kind of padding since I've scratched up my hand a few times

I was in the market for a lateral raise machine, but didn't want to break the bank on something limited to just one muscle group. There are plenty of selectorized options out there, but those run close to $2K+. I've had my eye on this model for some time and when the price dropped, I finally pulled the trigger. I've been extremely pleased with the purchase but will list some minor critiques below. 1) As the unit is not weighed down by a heavy stack like selectorized options, it will sway back and forth as you perform your raises. There are holes on the bottom of the back-foot plate where you can bolt these to the ground, so that will probably eliminate this concern so I didn't deduct a star. 2) The pulleys are plastic and not aluminum so they're not the smoothest out there. I believe you can upgrade the pulleys yourself, but it honestly doesn't bother me so much that I would dump more money into this machine. 3) The handlebars are not single one-piece like other lateral raise machines. This actually does annoy me as I prefer a rigid bar to keep the motion consistent. With the flexing handlebar, it'll sometimes move inwards or outwards throwing me off the movement. I'm sure there's a reason for adding a joint in the handlebar, but I've yet to come across an exercise you can do on this machine that would require it. Even with those minor quibbles, you will still get an amazing workout so I highly recommend this if you're in the market for one.

Assembly: Parts were labeled well but assembly took a good few hours and the online youtube video for it was outdated. The machine cables feel really smooth. I really like lateral raises single and dual arms. Decline chest flies feel really good too but machine wobbles on heavy weight. This can be improved if they added storage weight horns on the rear to hold it down. I enjoy how it has almost 360 adjust angles of the arms but wished there was a way to lock the arms in when not in use so they are not clanking on each other on some positions. The height adjustment is nice with the strut arm so it isnt so heavy but the loose arms can hit u when adjusting.

So I've been wanting this for a while finally went on sale and I bought it it got here pretty quickly FedEx had dinged it up pretty bad some of the parts were scratched got a hold of Irene and Lily and they both worked with me and made everything perfect within 3 days they went above and beyond and I'm not normally loyal to a company but I am to this one I will buy all my other equipment from them because they stand behind it. That being said I have about 300 pieces of equipment in my 5,000 ft house out of everything I have and have had this is my most favorite piece of equipment it does everything including stuff that isn't even advertised it will do adduction and abduction. Lats and delts and I think the best exercise is flies I work out 4 hours a day every single day and just doing flies on this one day I felt my chest like no other exercise will do I am super happy about this purchase and if you're on the fence I would say get it it is truly the most favorite machine I've ever used. And just because customer service was so good they didn't hassle me they followed up and they went above and beyond this company will continue to get my business thank you again Irene and Lily at customer service for taking care of me I really appreciate you both
