Here’s the truth: most of the complaints seem to come from people who might have rushed through the installation process without taking the time to understand how it works. Let me say this gently—it’s not difficult, but it does require a little patience and common sense. Yes, the instructions could definitely be clearer, but if you take 5 extra minutes to think intuitively about how it should go together, you’ll realize it’s a fantastic product. Breathe, take your time, and you’ll get it installed without much trouble. Once set up, it works flawlessly. The functionality and features are every bit as good as the much pricier options out there. Spending a little extra time learning how to install this is absolutely worth it to save yourself from spending triple on another brand just for easier instructions. Overall, I highly recommend this product. Just be patient and give it a chance—you’ll be glad you did!
Review: DO NOT BUY THIS ITEM" I AM A (REAL) Reviewer who paid for the item - First things you should know: You have to remove your original internal deadbolt. I had so many more issues with this set up, I am too drained to get to it all (Do not be fooled. This is not a user ERROR) There are no words that can describe how mad I am. I have sat here for more than 4 hours trying to set up this faulty system. First things first, the item fits on my door perfectly fine. But I am going to say this one time, please reread if you don't understand. To lock my door, the knob has to be switched to the right internally, and the door will be locked. To unlock my door, the knob has to be switched to the left internally. This system is permanently designed the exact opposite, and there is NO universal way to make it right. This system is designed so that to lock the door, the internal knob should be twisted to the left, and to unlock the door, the internal knob has to be twisted to the right. After trying for 2 hours with this product that is supposed to be simple, I hired a locksmith, and he said the same thing - this is a faulty item and is not designed for any door that isn't set up for a left-side deadbolt. If your door's deadbolt is on the right internally, this product will not work. This was a complete waste of 4 hours. I bought this product to replace my perfectly fine insta-lock. The only reason I purchased this item is because it had a keypad, and I wanted to use it for my Airbnb. Again, words cannot even describe or make up for the time I have wasted today. Do not believe any of the reviews on this profile. There is no absolute way. I could cry due to the amount of time I have wasted on this item. I install so many locks, so there is no way it should have taken that long. I am so over it.

I really like the ease of use and the installation was fast and easy, my door opens opposite of normal doors which a lot of people were crying about but I just flipped my deadbolt and problem solved no problem at all there. My main issue is that I have to recharge the battery daily. Literally daily. Daily. And I don't get the low battery notifications. Additionally the first one I bought came missing parts and I had to have it replacement one sent. So if you can get your battery to stay charged and everything comes in your box when you order it you should have a good time otherwise good luck
