Soft. Needed a iron before uses
Lovely big soft bows that looked amazing in my 10 year old girls hair and mine. She went to a disco with one in and it stayed in place even with her jumping around. They were a bit creased on delivery but I just used hair straighteners to smooth them down and they were perfect.

The bows did come creased but a quick going over with the hair straighteners ironed them out. Lots of compliments, so pretty.

Clasp
The clasp are very hard to open up once shut and the black one broke very easily after just trying to put it in my hair very disappointed

Pretty bows
Bows arrived yesterday and I tried one in my hair. The clasp already feels loose and like it will break or stop working quite quickly. Wouldn't recommend for medium thick to thick hair but they look pretty.

Disappointed with purchase - Missing Part in one of the Clips
I recently purchased this product and unfortunately, it fell short of my expectations. Upon receiving the package, I discovered that one of the clips had a missing part, rendering it completely unusable.What's more frustrating is that I paid for two clips but ended up with just one functional one. Initially, I brushed off similar complaints from other buyers, thinking it was an isolated incident. However, it appears that this issue is more widespread than I anticipated.Overall, I am deeply disappointed with the quality control for this product. It's disheartening to receive a defective item. I hope the seller takes note of these concerns and implements measures to improve their product quality.
