Are the perforations predominantly on one side of the pipe or spaced equally around the whole pipe?

From memory they are evenly spaced all the way around. Water can drain in from above, but it is mainly the perforations that run along the bottom of the pipe (when laid) that will allow water to seep in and trickle out during rainfall.

I'm planning on attaching something like this to my rabbit hutch and then to their run - would the 60mm be wide enough for bunnies?

Probably not... i would suggest double this width. Look at a ruler and gauge the size.

How far apart should I lay runs of this pipe to ensure drainage.

It really depends on what you are draining and the permeability of the soil being drained. A clay soil requires closer spacing than a sandy soil and an area with a relatively high catchment area also requires closer spacing. Sorry I can't be more helpful.
