I bought with usb-c. they works with my mobile when watching youtube. but as soon as i do phone call they stop. how to fix it?

Depends on what mobile you have and the settings you’ve got for phone calls. Type your issue into google and you should be able to find an answer or contact your mobile handset manufacturer who might be able to help

I use these for calls regularly on an Android phone with USB-C and they work fine. Not sure what issue you're having, but could be due to YouTube switch to call. Try quickly unplugging them and then plugging them back in again.
