Their size limits the waist bands you can fit these to (see their pic and width of jeans waistband) so they didn’t work on my elasticated waistbands which are just over an inch wide. I would not chance putting through trouser fabric below waistband. There are no instructions so you don’t know how to get the caps off or if it is safe to leave these on clothes for washing. To remove cap you have to pull the end bit on it away from the bottom of this cap. Best to put these on and clip in before you pull the trousers on as fiddly to clip in. I only lasted about 2 mins as the outer post was digging in my while sat down. Others using them while losing weight may also have this issue. The idea is great and may work for some but definitely not for me.

Keep snapping off, and when on, they dig into the hips making them uncomfortable. But they do make my trousers smaller after loosing weight

The clips don't hurt skin and the clips work well so definitely worth getting.There should probably be a guide on how to open the clips though because it was frustrating to open so make sure to look up youtube tutorial and it'll be easy.However, im rating off the actual product, idk about longevity but its worth it.
