It seems that every product has to have a story and this bracelet is no different. According to the blurb the hand cut tiger eye beads exudes strength and wisdom whilst warding off evil intentions. Tiger eye is also said to inspire bravery, self-assurance, resilience and tenacity, and empowers individuals to conquer obstacles and reach their aspirations. Whether you believe this, or want to believe this is entirely up to you but I have to say that I am more than a little sceptical. I ordered this Tiger Eye bracelet for what it is, a good looking piece of jewellery.The overall finish and workmanship is really good and it is a well made piece of jewellery that looks like it will last a long time. I also like the overall look and style of the Tiger eye bracelet, which is discreet and understated. I do appreciate this last point is subjective and the design may not be to everyone’s taste.At £59.99 (at the time of review) this Tiger Eye bracelet is expensive and, I consider overpriced. I appreciate it is well made and I appreciate it is stylish but I don’t consider it good value at all. If I believed in the story behind this bracelet I may feel different, or maybe I wouldn’t.Overall this Tiger Eye bracelet is a nice bit of jewellery however I do think it is very overpriced for what it is, therefore I would not recommend it.Disclaimer: I am privileged enough to be part of the Amazon Vine program and as such I have the opportunity request products that I would find useful/potentially buy to road test in exchange for an honest review. So, the bad: this appears to be a Chinese company claiming to be American. The website is registered in China and is unfinished, with some place holder text and weird translations.This throws doubt for me that these are hand made by artisans! The booklet that came with mine is prefaced in the first person by the "independent artisan" "Lindy".... yeah, right! Who knows if it is even made of the stones it claims to be?Now the good: it is a nice looking bracelet, well constructed. The "stones" are not exactly uniform (good thing) and highly polished. The strings that hold it together seem robust, only time will tell.Whether you buy into all the guff about healing properties etc. (according to the booklet you will need to clean it of negative energies before wearing it....) or not it is nonetheless a nice looking item.
