Can this be used on older tired looking skin

Can you use it after your normal moisturiser?

The product is best used on clean "naked" skin, but can be mixed 2/1 with a liquid foundation to give the skin a boost of moisture on application.

Can i use this as well as using the instant facelift and eyelift serum
