I loved this shower system so much, I just bought a second one for our other bathroom. It has a sleek, modern look that instantly upgrades the space, and it functions beautifully. The rainfall showerhead feels luxurious, and the handheld wand is perfect for rinsing down the shower or cleaning the bathroom—super convenient. Installation was straightforward, and the overall quality is excellent. Highly recommend!

Box came with cartridge diverter + Diverter sleeve missing and apparently happened to many people. What’s more important to know is that missing diverter sleeve reference is RP84933 has been replaced by Brizo RP90252 which are both not available on Delta website and very difficult to find. It’s easy to understand how people are ordering full sets to pick the missing parts and returning the boxes with that part out which nobody will control. My advice is to stay away from used boxes. Mine was in perfect everything unused but just that part missing. My second advice is to stay away from Delta and in particular open boxes because support is close to inexistent.

Design is great, the separate handhold is very useful. Downside is if your water is hard, some of the nozzle will get clogged easily, some white vinegar will fix it, just extra step.

Beautiful timeless bronze/ champagne gold color! This is the perfect color if you want a warm toned metal and not the bright yellow/ gold color. Great quality!!

Looks fantastic

We love it! The rain head has great flow and the auxiliary faucet is a nice touch for my wife to shave her legs. Delta has always made great products and for the price its well worth it compared to the $1500 faucets for the same product!

No substitute for quality usually. Very disappointed in the hose provided for the sprayer. I had to have buy a different hose. I had our plumber pick up a different brand of hose and attach it. The one provided by Delta did not lay nicely. Disappointed as Delta is expensive and usually good quality.

Great looking product. I’ve used it on plenty of jobs lately. The only downfall is the hose. It’s very cheap and doesn’t bend very well.
