Was needing something to help with my sleeping and winding down, but didnt want to take prescribed sleep meds. Was suggestion Melatonin, which does come in various forms. I chose this one bc it was liquid and could possible work faster then a pill form and tea never worked for me. It was super easy to use, small measuring cap provided thats on top of the open/close cap for the bottle. It comes in a couple of different flavors, but chose grape, and it was pleasant. With that being said, I took this a few days, and noticed I was having a harder time staying awake during the morning, and would be so tired all day. I finally read the ingredients and noticed it was not as natural as I thought and contained Benedryl. So, now it made sense why I was so groggy all the time. Although it was a great find and buy, and arrived next day, it was making me feel worse than I already was from not getting enough sleep. This would be great for someone needing relief associated with having allergies and needing rest, but not what I needed. I would NOT ordervagain, but DO recommend for this with allergies and sleep deprived issues.

Decided to try this as I like normal zzzquil, but i tend to be a bit groggy in the morning or at least a bit foggy in the brain while waking up. Zzzquil standard still felt habit-forming for me (I'm sure it varies per person) as I had a harder time to fall asleep without it.This however has a small amount of melatonin and the chamomile/lavender help a bit as well. It didn't "knock me out" like the others, but it helped me relax and slowly fall back asleep. I still won't use this all the time, but will use it on days I didn't tire myself out enough or just randomly awake when it's bed time!
