For the grape flavor that I got anyways, it unfortunately doesn't taste too good. Almost tastes like a grape-flavored tea or something. I'm tasting tea for sure every time I taste it. I've never been a tea person but some other people might like it. As far as giving me the energy I need to power through a workout, it works perfectly. But the taste/flavor leaves much to be desired.
