NICEHCK EB2S Pro 3.5mm Wired Earbuds No Mic 15.4mm LCP Dynamic Headphones

I’ve tried a lot of different headphones, earbuds, and IEMs looking for something that works really well for competitive FPS gaming, and I keep coming back to the NICEHCK EB2S Pro. For the price, these are honestly a great value. What matters most to me in FPS games like Call of Duty, Battlefield, and similar shooters is being able to hear footsteps, tell what direction they’re coming from, and get a good sense of how close or far away another player is. At the same time, I don’t want gunfire, explosions, and all the environmental sounds overpowering everything else. The EB2S Pro gives me a really good balance. Footsteps come through clearly, directional audio is good, and I can play for hours without the sound becoming harsh or exhausting. That’s especially important in FPS games where there can be constant gunfire, explosions, vehicles, killstreaks, and other environmental sounds competing for your attention. They’re also flathead earbuds, which I personally prefer for long gaming sessions. They’re lightweight, comfortable, and I don’t get that closed-in or “tunnel” feeling I’ve experienced with some IEMs. The funny part is that I’ve tried NICEHCK’s much more expensive EBX25Ti as well. The EBX25Ti definitely feels more premium and has impressive clarity and detail, but for FPS gaming I still prefer the EB2S Pro. The EBX25Ti was simply too bright and sharp for me, especially with environmental sounds. The EB2S Pro is much easier to listen to for long sessions while still giving me the audio information I actually care about when I’m playing. Are these the most expensive or technically impressive earbuds out there? No. That’s kind of the point. For what they cost, the EB2S Pro punches way above its price for FPS gaming. If you’re looking for a comfortable flathead earbud for games like Call of Duty, Battlefield, or other competitive shooters and care about footsteps, directional positioning, judging distance, and being able to play for hours without your ears getting beat up by harsh sound, these are absolutely worth trying. NICEHCK, if you ever build a true premium gaming flathead based around what works so well with the EB2S Pro, I’ll be first in line. For now, though, the EB2S Pro continues to be my go-to for FPS gaming.

Just FYI, I have audiophile gear with headphones and IEMs in the 1-3k range. These are absolutely good enough to enjoy music. Got them because I needed something cheap for work, but shocked to find they actually are quite good. Easily stand up to gear that is 10x the price.

These earbuds offer surprisingly good sound quality for an affordable pair of wired earphones. The audio is clear, detailed, and enjoyable for everyday listening. They are a great value if you want good sound without spending a lot of money.

Sound is flat, even, accurate and spacious. Highs are present but not fatiguing. Mids are even and not overly pronounced. Bass is naturally present and tight. Not over-powering. However, these earbuds are not for "Bassheads". You get the music just as it was recorded. Nothing added.

Excellent response. Just the right amount of Bass, Mid and treble. Running from PLEX (CD transfer) to an APEKX blue tooth receiver, then to a FiiO Fujiyama EO6 headphone amp/processor. Very nice stage presence as well. I'm sure there are better phones out there but not in this price range. Improves movie and TV sound as well.

Bought these to replace a $75 pair of Bluetooth earbuds that were the last of several that outright lied about their playtime battery life. These produce an excellent sound for the price, reproducing details in songs I’ve listened to hundreds of times, that I’ve never heard; I can hear the foot pedal in certain piano pieces I’d not noticed before. I listen to a lot of orchestral disco and instrumentals from the 60s/70s/80s, and electronica, and these do a fantastic job. Can’t stand hip-hop/rap, but I can imagine the bass would be great, too. In terms of fit, they are a little large, even for me (tall guy with large ear-openings), and they don’t offer any noise cancellation. However, this is adequately compensated by the volume and richness of sound they can produce. The foam inserts are great, but the rubber o-rings seem to make them more comfortable. The wire is nice, feels solid, and does not tangle or twist easily. The earbuds, despite being of aluminum, aren’t too heavy; I suspect this is due also to the fact that the vertical staff on the earbuds being a plastic material, but it does not cheapen their hand feel. Overall, I’m greatly satisfied, and their very slight discomfort is something I think is due to my anatomy, and not the design of the product. I would highly recommend these, especially considering the quality of sound they produce at this price point. Accessories are all as good of quality as the units themselves. Lastly; speech is crystal clear while listening to podcasts, almost excruciatingly so; you can hear every sound from the mouth of the speaker, from breaths to cottonmouth lol I am now looking for a more noise-isolating earbud by NiceHCK for when I need more acute listening; I’m very pleased with this brand.

I have not gone back to bulky headphones or in ears ever since I’ve purchased this Another suggestion if you prefer a warmer sound are the moondrop U2s

Amazing for the price and pretty much “monitor” standard as it’s extremely well balanced. Now, if you’re a basshead, this is not the flathead for you for multiple reasons, but if you want well positioned vocals and mid range, these are excellent. The soundstage is wide and engaging. Highly recommended for live perfoemances, musical, classical and spoken word. PS: I got the wrong version, so contacted support, excellent customer service.
