These are so good I bought two, luckily I don't have Jake the pegs dilemma .

I previously tried a low priced comparable product, but it failed on the second usage due to plastic mechanical parts. When the jack screw was tightened, the plastic threads simply stripped, and it was unusable. I bought this all metal shoe stretcher and was amazed at the weight, robust build quality, and excellent design. It is very heavy, and very large, but it will last a lifetime----and that is the reason that it costs more than the other competitive shoe stretchers. This item item really works great.

This shoe tree/streacher is a first class product. If your shoes/sneakers/boots are too tight in width or length this is what you need. A little pricy but it is quality all over. Chrome plated so you can dampen the shoe to stretch it. Works best on leather shoes however plastic could be warmed too work as well.
