Work away use resistance bands best most versatile anchor

Using this while in a rental to avoid damaging the house while home-gymming. Ideal to wrap around a bed leg, or slide into the hinge side of a door, or under the door, or around a bannister. The design means you can slide the thin end through and the thick end gets stuck, or you can loop the thin end through the plastic hook and that will secure it in place.There are stitched bands in the looped end, so that you can use them at set heights/lengthsI even tested it out by looping it around a pull up bar and doing inverted rows, which I was actually able to do without fear of my life lolHowever, the biggest failure is misleading photos. It looks like it has two straps coming down. It only has one. It looks like there are black clips midway. There are not. There is no ratchet buckle. Their images are all of different products.

The pictures don't show the exact anchor but the description kinda does explain it.It is an anchor with 7 usable loops (the one half way is sewn shut). For our use it will be fine as we will shut it under a door and do light band rehab stuff, nothing heavy.It is great that it is Blaze orange as it helps the other person in the house see it and not open the door mid elastic band stretch.

Pros- door stop end is quite weighty- material isn't thin- seems to be pretty strongCons- I haven't got any to note for the minuteI was fully expecting to receive a thin cheap feeling product. But it's really not. It's got a bit of weight to it at the door stop. The clip seems to be pretty sturdy as well. The material is thicker than some cheaper types of these I've got. Much better feeling. I feel secure enough to use it and rely on it to lend back to do certain exercises. If I trust it being 17 stone, for the average person it should be more than capable!We'll see how the longevity of it goes with regular use.I'm happy to recommend this if you're after a cheaper but decent quality.

This anchor is very high quality, the strap is extremely strong and rated up to 400kg, the metal carabiner on it is chunky and well made, no cheap materials used there. This is very versatile compared to standard door anchors and should also last a good long while!

When performing exercises using a door anchor the last thing you want to do is skimp out on quality and I can happily recommend this in that regard.It is strong (max load capacity is 300 kilograms), stays in place and can be used with a variety of different attachments for different exercises.If you're looking for a door anchor I don't believe you'll find better than this for the price range.
