Excellent quality and flavor
I have been using this for a couple of months now. I had only ever used turmeric in powder form prior to this. Now I toss this into soups, stir fry, etc. It really adds an awesome earthy flavor. I love it!

Very fragrant when ground
It was my first time using dried turmeric cut in small pieces. I mostly use grocery store sold, pre-ground turmeric to sprinkle my savory dishes. To try this new for me product, I used my small electric coffee grinder to grind the dried turmeric. Since the pieces were fairly firm, it took about a minute for me to obtain a desired fine consistency of the ground turmeric. It was entirely worth it. The ground turmeric aroma was deliciously superior to that of a standard pre-ground turmeric. From now and on, I am going to consider switching to grinding turmeric by myself.

Convenient to have!
This is cut, organic turmeric and it is so convenient to have on hand. I really like that it's shelf stable and just ready to use. Comes cut up in little pieces and I have been able to use it in my teas, cooking, and just to eat. My mom actually eats fresh turmeric with honey daily for the health benefits and this makes it easy to consume. Taste is good and it's just so versatile in the all the ways it can be used.

Perfect for tea
This is excellent cut and sifted turmeric. It's certified organic, very fresh, and has a wonderful flavor and aroma.I love this type of turmeric (pieces) for tea. Powder just does not work for turmeric tea, but this works perfectly. It's a big bag and resealable. The quality is very good and there was no debris - just organic, high quality turmeric pieces.Overall - very good quality organic turmeric pieces. It's a great alternative to powder or whole dried roots.

Diced turmeric chunks
When it says "sifted," it means "chunks only," not "powder only" like you probably expect when you see something advertised as sifted. So this wasn't quite what I was expecting, I had only seen tumeric as a powder and this is some real big chunks, not 100% sure what to do with it besides toss it in soup or grind it down into the powder that I know how to use.

Great quality pieces of tumeric
Yes, pouch of turmeric is quite different from the turmeric that I usually buy. It is small chunks of well dried turmeric. The turmeric itself looks like it’s very clean. I love that it’s organic and you know for a fact that you are not getting any fillers. We like to soak it in filtered water And add that water to our smoothies along with the soaked turmeric. The turmeric can also be pickled or are used for cooking, and it does produce a great flavor.

Better than expected
I frequently make savory oatmeal with turmeric and garlic and pepper added to my oats while cooking. So I am used to the flavor of turmeric I suppose.I poured some of these cut and sifted organic pieces into a dish and selected the smallest piece I could find to taste. I popped it in my mouth and chewed it up. I was pleasantly surprised that the flavor was mild. Not very hot at all, but the turmeric taste was definitely there. I seriously think I could just eat as is without any problems.I also want to note that the bag was vacuum sealed very well, and the turmeric was very fresh.Would recommend

Great quality and flavor
I have only used pre-ground turmeric in the past, but grinding your own is really easy and I don't know if it's the fresh grind or the quality but this has a really great flavor in my curries. I feel like it is somehow more intense than the usual powder that I use, but in a good way. The dried pieces are really well preserved too, they all have a nice color and are pretty even sizes.
