Love this item. Keep it in the office to get sets and reps in during work. Love it.

While this Roller Wheel is great for some people, it's not the best to me! I cannot keep my forearms on the pads flush, so my stability shifts when I'm using it. It's built sturdy and it's a product that will last a long time. Easy to use and very light weight Average pricing is okay. The only thing I dislike is that the front handles doesn't extend, and nor does the forearm pads. It does break down for traveling purposes so it will fit in a suitcase without any problems. UPDATE: 12/1/2025. Been using Tixahi Ab Roller Wheel with Timer for a while no and I must admit it's better that I expected after having it for a while. The Tixahi roller uses a rebound mechanism that helps pull you back as you roll. This can reduce strain and make the exercise more manageable, especially for beginners. The Tixahi model helps more than just the “abs”. It helps core stabilizers, obliques, hip flexors, and even parts of the upper body (shoulders, arms, back) when it engages during the roll-out and return. Now I can say that it's a solid and convenient entry-level to intermediate core workout tool. It especially valuable for home users or people starting core training.

The good: It's very stable, it was very easy to put together, it was inexpensive and it does what I wanted/needed it to do for an ab work-out. The not-so-good: It is very inexpensive and is noticeable in the build quality. The cushions/pads might be the poorest of the quality issues. When the package arrived the adhesive for one of the pads came off of the pad rendering it more or less useless. The other pad was okay, though after two days of use, the adhesive gave way and neither pad would stay attached to the Ab Roller. Summary: It does what it's intended to do, just understand that you might need to get a little creative to make it what I would call complete. It's an decent value with some minor issues and frustrations.

The device itself is amazing. I was new to ab rollers when buying this one. It’s an incredible ab workout that I feel from top to bottom of my abs. I always got headaches from doing sit ups so I tried this out. I started getting results quickly after starting just using it once a week hard. I suggest you be careful if you have lower back issues. Make sure to look into technique to avoid lower back pain and problems. Great value for results. Comfortable grip and forearm rests. It’s light weight but feels solid. Rolls nice and balances easy with the wide wheels. I will always incorporate the ab roller in the future.

I've been using this for about a year and I'm a 205lb man. It's held up well.

The item was in parts and I used the manual to put it together however the parts don’t fit. Poorly designed and doesn’t look like the picture at all.

The item seems to be very low quality plastic. Im afraid after several use it will break. I also received different color that is not as per the image.
