Review: Good curl weight. Just includes one. - Works well for some light exercise in the house. They did smell like Harbor Frt when I opened them up, but it aired out and is fine now. I don't remember 20lbs being this heavy when I was younger, but they are still doable for me. The price was decent on sale. If you are just starting out, you might want to go a little lower in weight at first. The rubber coating is nice to keep the noise down when you put it down.

Works well for some light exercise in the house. They did smell like Harbor Frt when I opened them up, but it aired out and is fine now. I don't remember 20lbs being this heavy when I was younger, but they are still doable for me. The price was decent on sale. If you are just starting out, you might want to go a little lower in weight at first. The rubber coating is nice to keep the noise down when you put it down.

Great dumbbells. I have ordered these in multiple sizes, the comfort grip is comfortable as advertised, and they have not worn out after regular use for a few months. There is a strong scent for a few days after opening.
